The Best Android Phone Rumors Of The Last Month

Just as with everything that is really popular in the phone market, Android constantly brings in rumors. People try to guess what will happen next and some try to find inside sources for fresh news that would enable them to be the first in line in the event a rumor turns out to be correct. Let us take a look at the most popular Android phone rumors that appeared during the last month.

AT&T To Soon Launch Sony Xperia Ion

Not much was said about the Sony Xperia Ion. It made a brief appearance at CES but a new banner ad raised rumors that the 4.7 inches LTE smart phone will soon hit the markets. The ad in question was noticed by DroidMatters and it basically said that Xperia Ion will be exclusively coming in June to AT&T.

Even if we might not actually get to see Sony’s attempt to catch a larger sharer of the US smart phone market, it is still a good sign that there won’t be many delays. For those that do not know, Sony Xperia Ion will run on Android, offers a 720p display, includes 4G LTE connectivity and 1.5 GHz dual core.

Samsung Galaxy S III To Be Sold By T-Mobile Starting June 20

US Android fans might not have to wait too long for the Samsung Galaxy S III to hit T-Mobile. According to various sites, the rumor is that the Pebble variant of the smartphone will be available starting June 20 in 16 GB and 32 GB. If you wait till July 11, it is said that you can also buy the Ceramic White 16 GB version.

The problem is that such a launch is huge and nobody really expects Samsung to go through with it without proper advertising. However, weirder things have happened in the Android world so we cannot dismiss the rumor. If such a launch would be done, it would be quite a shock for the Android lovers in T-Mobile.

Motorola To Launch Dinara – A Button-less Phone With A 13 MB Camera

We already have some pretty good Android based smart phones launched by Samsung HTC. There are many that are wondering what Motorola is up to. Fans might not need to wait too long because there are some hints that a pretty impressive button-less phone will be released.

The Verge recently obtained some interesting images that highlight an AT&T version of the Motorola Dinara XT928.This phone was launched at the end of 2011 in China but a release date in USA was never mentioned.

The Dinara is rumored to feature Android 4.0, 1 GB of RAM memory, 1.2 GHz processor (dual-core, of course), an impressive 13 MP camera that can record video at 1080p, a 1.3 MP front facer camera and a display of 4.5 inches at 720p. Unfortunately, there is still no word concerning the release date. However, the reports do seem to be accurate and Motorola’s Dinara might appear on the market a lot faster than some might be tempted to believe.
